You will need at least 1 piece of 9x12 watercolor paper (90lb is great but heavier is do-able) Watercolors, brush, water & paper towel(or cloth) Any resist medium you have on hand (resist pen, masking fluid even masking tape or white crayon would work) Fine tipped permanent black pen (micron pn is what I'll be using) (2) Chipboard (bookboard, cardboard, cereal box) cut to 3.25x3.25 (this is for the cover and is nice but not absolutely vital) decorative tape or paper for the spine Glue Stick Scissors Bone Folder
